Exchange Policy – Xone Shoes

At Xone Shoes, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it—quickly and easily!

✅ Exchange Eligibility:

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Product must not be damaged or altered.

• Only size or design exchanges are allowed (no refunds).

• Exchange is allowed once per order.

📦 How to Request an Exchange:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 337 8633282 with your Order Number and exchange reason.

2. Our team will provide instructions for sending the item back.

3. Send the item to our address using any reliable courier.

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll dispatch your new item within 2–4 working days.

🚚 Courier Charges:

• In case of exchange, both side courier charges will be paid by the customer.

⚠️ Note:

• Exchange is not applicable on sale or discounted items.

• We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our policy conditions.
